Quality of leader defines the future of a project. A good leader can lead the team and project to success, whereas a weak leader can be the reason for a failure. A leader has to don many hats if he is to make his project successful. At times, a leader has to participate in team activities and take actions to motivate the team for action. We have seen many such acts by various leaders in past, such as prime minister taking broomstick for cleaning roads, etc. One such incident occurred today, when our own Subhash Arya ji motivated the labor by taking part in their duties. His act showed the labors an efficient way of working and motivated them to get together as a team.
